Ni Role Based Pricing for WooCommerce Pro
Sell to guests, retail customers, wholesalers, dealers and VIPs from one store, each with their own prices, bulk discounts, order rules and catalog. No code: a few fields on the product, the category or one settings screen.
Example: a guest sees a T-shirt at ₹100, a logged-in customer pays ₹90, a wholesaler pays ₹80 (₹70 from 50 pieces, minimum 12, plus a private “Trade only” category), and your biggest dealer has a special deal of ₹72.
Prices per role
Fixed price, % off or amount off for each role, on a product, a variation, a category or store-wide. Separate price for guests.
Bulk (quantity) prices
“₹75 each from 10, ₹70 from 50” per role, with a price table and a live total on the product page.
Customer-specific prices
One customer’s own price, bulk prices, category discounts, discount on everything and order rules.
Hide prices & order rules
Hide the price or Add to cart, set minimum, maximum and step quantities and a minimum order total per role.
Catalog visibility
Hide products or categories per role, or show a members-only catalog. Hidden really means hidden.
Wholesale registration
Role manager, sign-up form with company fields, Approve / Reject and four WooCommerce emails.
Dashboard & sales by role
Key figures, sales per day, status and payment breakdown, top lists, and which role brings how much.
CSV import & export

Your price, the bulk price table and “You save”
Each logged-in customer sees the price of their own role on the product page, in the cart and at checkout. The normal price is crossed out, and the bulk price table shows what they pay for more pieces.

Turn visitors into wholesale customers
Show guests the wholesale price as a teaser, with links to log in or sign up. Or hide prices and Add to cart from guests completely.

The Role pricing box in the product editor holds everything for one product or variation.

Never guess which rule is used. Pick a product and get one plain sentence per role or customer.

Members-only catalog
Make products or whole categories visible only to some customers, for example a wholesale-only range.
- Mark a product or category Visible or Hidden for guests or a role, or hide everything except what is marked Visible
- Hidden products disappear from shop, categories, search, blocks, related products, menus and widgets
- Page numbers and counts such as “Shoes (12)” stay correct; a hidden product’s address shows “page not found” or goes to a page you choose
Roles and wholesale registration
Create the roles you need and let businesses apply for them. You stay in control of who gets wholesale prices.
Role manager
Add roles such as “Wholesaler”, “Distributor” or “Gold member” with one field. Rename or delete them later; WordPress and WooCommerce roles are protected.
Wholesale sign-up form
Put the “Wholesale registration” block or the [nirbpp_registration] shortcode on any page. Choose which fields are shown and required: company, phone, tax / VAT number, business address and a message.
Approve or reject requests
Every request with its company details, Approve and Reject buttons, bulk actions and a pending count in the menu. Change your mind later on the user’s profile. Four emails in your WooCommerce email design: new request, received, approved and rejected.
CSV import and export
Change hundreds of prices in Excel or Google Sheets instead of opening every product.

Frequently asked questions
Which price does a customer pay when several rules match?
The most specific one: the customer’s own price first, then the product’s or variation’s role price, then the category, then the store-wide rule. A lower WooCommerce sale price always wins, and a customer with several roles gets the best deal of their roles.
Does it change my normal WooCommerce prices?
No. Your regular and sale prices stay as they are, and admin screens always show the normal prices. Turn role pricing off at any time; your settings are kept.
Can I use it together with the free version?
Pro includes everything the free version does. Deactivate the free version when you install Pro, so prices are not changed twice.
Does it work with the Cart and Checkout blocks and HPOS?
Yes. It works with classic and block themes, the Cart and Checkout blocks (Store API) and WooCommerce High-Performance Order Storage.
Does it add database tables or load anything from other sites?
No. It uses WordPress options and meta only, bundles no third-party libraries and sends no data anywhere.
What are the requirements?
WordPress 6.4 or later (tested up to 7.1), WooCommerce 8.0 or later (tested up to 11.2) and PHP 7.4 or later (tested with 7.4, 8.0, 8.1 and 8.2).
